Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the users’ accesses on the applications within the scope, such as SNAP, OTAWA, INTIX, ROCS, Cristal, Alisé, SWING/STARS.
- Managing the customer queries as the first point of contact for HSE stakeholders.
- Managing the RMA of all the SG entities (SWIFT interbank connections).
- Managing the communication for incidents.
- Managing the SG internal directories.
- Respecting the service legal agreement defined with our internal partners.
- Providing Front Office Risk analysis and Reports to the trading desks and answering requests related to the business.
- Facilitating the operational management of the positions/new trades for the Front-Office.
- Participating in the pricing chain reviews.
- Producing Risk Analysis and key indicators for trading teams, including intraday and other ad hoc risk analysis.
- Contributing to fix production issues.
- Improving, automating, and implementing Risk Analysis and reports processes.
- Proposing solutions to reduce recurring problems in workflows/pricing.
- Following up on new projects depending on trading needs and BMO roadmap.
- Developing new tools in VBA and python.
- Interacting with the Risk team as part of Front-Office whenever needed on the Official pnl/risks.
Eligibility Criteria :
Top-level school, major in Finance or Engineering
Expected Salary : ₹5 LPA
