Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Executive
- Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone
- Role entails working only in Day shift
- Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
- Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
- Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
- Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
- Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
- Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist with job posting and advertisement creation on various platforms
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in the development and maintenance of candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support the onboarding process by collecting necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions
HR Operations Assistance
- Assist with employee data management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR systems and tools
- Participate in HR projects related to process optimization and employee engagement initiatives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Under Graduate/ Graduate/ PG
- Minimum 0 to 3 year experience in working in the areas of Sales
Preferred Skills:
- Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off environment
- Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently
- Good selling and negotiations skills
