The inception behind our Flipkart Supply Chain & Operations Academy distance online or offline program is a novel thought to educate and enrich the youth of rural and urban India with knowledge about supply chain management. The program induces financial independence and enhances professional skills to suit their workspace without affecting their daily schedules and pockets much.

About Courses:
There are # Different Courses Offered by Flipkart SCOA . All the listed programs under the academy provide an in-depth understanding of various aspects of the e-commerce industry, along with a detailed overview of supply chain management. These programs are designed to thoroughly help trainees develop the right skill sets as per their interest in various domains of the e-commerce industry, where they can be completely job-ready.
The duration depends on which training program (module) a trainee is choosing. As of date, there are four categories of training program — one is for delivery associates (delivery hub), the second one is for warehousing, the third one is eDAB ( for person with disability ) , and the last one is Wholesale Operation Associate.
Learning Outcome :
- Warehouse Training Program : Our Warehouse Management training module helps to develop 360˚ knowledge on a wide range of warehouse operational roles. It also assists to get positions such as Picker, Putter, Packer, Segregator, Sorter, Quality Check, Dock Management Executive (DME), Data Entry Operator (DEO), Issue Resolution, Quality Check, Executive, Hub Incharge, and others.
- Delivery Associate training Program : Our Delivery Associate training module provides a holistic understanding of end-to-end delivery operations in the e-commerce industry. It helps to grab various roles, including Delivery Personnel, Sorter, Cashier, and Delivery Hub Operator.
- Wholesale Operational training Program : Our Wholesale Operational training module helps to develop 360˚ knowledge on wholesale operational roles. It assists to get functional roles such as Check-out, Refund, Merchandise Associates, Asset Protections Role, Inventory Management, Cash Management, Receiving, Business Support/Supply Chain Management ( Pick, Pack, and Dispatch for online orders).
Course Completion :
- After you register for any one of the courses you will be given a pre-assessment test & once you have passed it you would be selected for the program
- After Successful completion of the training program, you will be given the opportunity to join and work in Flipkart company in the respective department.
