FIS Global Recruitment Job Description :
An Account Services Associate Senior is responsible primarily for documented daily tasks involved in the administration of a DB or DC plan. These tasks range from Enrollments, Contributions, Distributions, Loans, Fund Management, New Business, Conversion, Investment Elections Change, Transfers and other processes within a daily environment that may be assigned. There may also be a need to work with internal FIS departments on application or hardware issues related to daily functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer daily tasks for DB/DC plans
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date on regulations and compliance
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Analyze reports to track progress and trends
- Train and mentor team member
Eligibility Criteria :
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management/Administration or related field of study.
- Freshers MBA will work
- We can consider 2-3 experience years candidates having reconciliation, accounting, Insurance process
- Night Shift Timings: 6PM-3AM
Expected Salary : ₹3.2 – ₹5 LPA
