Job Description:
We are currently looking to expand the team of Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
The focus of the role will be to:
- Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
- Make outbound calls when necessary, as part of content moderation
- Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
- Act on process changes, updates and handle the same with proper research.
- Adhere to process quality standards and strive to exceed quality targets.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy & attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria:
We are looking for candidates, Fresh graduates in any discipline, who can work in a customer service or content review position in a process-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability in written and oral communications in English
- Expert efficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
