What You Will Be Doing As Store Manager & Sales Associate?
- Drive Net Promoter Score, greet customers, provide exceptional customer service, and deal with customer service issues.
- Drive sales of the store to meet targets, develop a culture of high sales performance expectations, and motivate and inspire the team to drive for results.
- Assist in recruiting and selecting high potential staff, provide effective on-the-job training and guidance to team members, deliver clear and constructive feedback, and evaluate the training needs of store associates.
- Monitor cash reconciliation, ensure availability of required merchandise and services, conduct stocktakes regularly, and ensure the staff at store level has basic understanding of POS System.
- Ensure that all store employees are taken care of, eye check-ups are conducted as per SOP, and SOPs for retail are implemented successfully.
What You Will Be Doing As Optometrist?
- Perform thorough routine eye inspections.
- Identify the patients visual alertness, field of vision, and hand-eye coordination.
- Diagnose sight problems, such as nearsightedness and color blindness.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and medications.
- Maintain accurate medical files for all patients.
- Promote eye health by teaching patients about proper eye care techniques.
- Identify and assess eye defects and diseases such as diabetes and liver failure.
- Record all diagnosis and treatment plans including transfers and therapeutic prescriptions.
What You Will Be Doing As Telesales Executive?
- Generate leads and qualify prospects: Identify potential customers and qualify them based on their needs and interests.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations: Contact potential customers and present Lenskart’s products and services in a way that is both informative and persuasive.
- Close deals and generate revenue: Close sales and generate revenue for Lenskart.
- Provide excellent customer service: Provide excellent customer service to Lenskart’s customers before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with Lenskart’s customers in order to encourage repeat business.
