Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content on the CMS through integration of text, images, documents and videos, in a timely manner, ensuring quality
- Managing configurations and solving Clients and Customers queries
- Managing Ticketing Tool JIRA, Creating tickets, assigning to respective team/person, updating the status of ticket upon progress.
- App Testing, Quality Check & Report

- Ability to handle a task single headedly and to handle extreme work pressure
- The candidate required to be detail-oriented and follow-through on issues
Eligibility Criteria:

- Expert in OTT media delivery.
- Experienced in STB technology.
- Strong background in audio and video content.
- In-depth understanding of digital video broadcasting.
- Expertise in IPTV services
