Avaya Recruitment Job Responsibilities :
- Interface with customers before and/or after sales to maintain positive customer relations.
- Coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure timely handling of customer requests.
- Analyze customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules.
- Influence production and shipping schedules and recommend price changes based on company/customer relationship.
- Recognize new business opportunities and recommend changes accordingly.
- Resolve production scheduling, shipping, or invoicing problems.
- Determine the validity of warranty claims and schedule repair resources.
- Change production and shipping schedules as needed.
- Recognize add-on business opportunities and recommend changes accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 1 – 3 Years of Experience
Preferred Skills :
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Knowledge of company products, functions, marketing, and service policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in PC and word-processing.
- Ability to deal with routine to moderately complex problems or issues.
- Ability to work with others for instruction, guidance, and direction.
Expected Salary : ₹5.3 – ₹6.6 LPA
