We are looking for a Program Associate to join our Product HR team at Paytm. In this role, you will be responsible for curating an exciting and vibrant Product Community at Paytm, analyzing employee performance, and building online communities on platforms like Discord and Slack. You will work closely with the HR team to support the development and execution of various programs to enhance employee engagement, learning and development, and career growth.
Paytm Recruitment Job Responsibilities :
- Curate and manage an engaging Product Community at Paytm on platforms like Discord and Slack.
- Analyze employee performance data and identify trends and insights to support employee growth and development
- Support the development and execution of various HR programs to enhance employee engagement, learning and development, and career growth
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Create exciting and engaging content using tools like Canva, Figma, MS Excel, and Power Point
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into program requirements
Eligibility Criteria :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering , Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Expected Salary : INR 4.5 LPA
Preferred Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must have
- Beginner-level skills in Canva, Figma, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience building communities on Discord and Slack is a plus
