Job Desciption
Hiring anyone from Computer science background candidates for our IT Recruitment project. This is a full time permanent position with Fully Remote option.
We work on W2 IT positions only.
We are OK with less experience candidates, but we need someone with Good IT Knowledge .
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from sourcing platforms and closing open positions. Posting vacancies on portals.
- Screening well enough all the candidates before sending to clients.
- Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submitting made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree with 0 – 1 year of experience
Preferred Skills:
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
