Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Helping the operations team in the day to day work.
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
- Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities.
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors.
- Resolving discrepancies in the information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Take follow-up calls for verification and maintaining of MIS.
- The work will involve making calls
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must be a Graduate
- Attention to detail, Strong communication skills (via phone, email, chat).
- Note
- This is a full time internship opportunity and the candidate should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.
- Should be comfortable working on the weekends. (This is only if required, and not regularly)
Preferred Skills:
- Superb verbal communication.
- Proficient in using Google Docs, Slides and Sheets.
- Excellent Coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
Interview Process
- You need to complete a small assessment (Assessment Link). Based on your test scores we shall schedule the further interview rounds.

Interview Process:
– Operations Assignment to submit for review in the portfolio section while applying
– 2 rounds of virtual interviews with Operations Specialist & Operations Manager.
